Filled Cheesy Taco Shells

Ingredients

(serves 3)

150g MILRAM Pizza-Liebe

1 medium carrot

100g red cabbage

1 handful of cherry tomatoes

1 red onion

3 tablespoons of black beans

4 sprigs of parsley

3 tablespoons of MILRAM cottage cheese

Preparation method

1. For our taco recipe, preheat the oven to 215 degrees (top/bottom heat) and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place three circles of cheese, each about 15 centimetres in diameter, on the tray, leaving a little space between them.

2. For each taco, place a thick wooden spoon over two glasses. Bake in the middle of the oven for about eight minutes, until the edges are browned. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for about a minute. Remove them from the baking tray with a spatula and hang them over the spoon handles.

3. Allow the taco shells to cool completely. To make the taco filling, wash, dry and chop the vegetables. Peel and slice the onion. Rinse the beans and finely chop the herbs. Fill the vegetarian taco shells with the vegetables, beans, herbs and cottage cheese and serve.
