From conference table to children's table
How is a product developed at Alete? A look behind the scenes at the taste test with the camera.

Spoons up for the final round: at the final tasting session at the Bremen site, new products for children aged one year and older took centre stage. The test panel - all DMK employees - were presented with four different Alete dishes. The aim is to complement classic jarred baby food and make the transition to adult food easier for young children. The meals have a chunkier texture to help children get used to chewing, while offering the same level of variety in flavour - deliberately without added salt. How the final meals were received and how the tasting process works was captured on camera.

At the final tasting session, sensorially trained DMK employees took part and evaluated the children’s meals.
