Ingredients

3 medium apples
4 medium eggs
150g flour (405)
200g MILRAM cottage cheese
2 tablespoons agave syrup
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cinnamon
Plus:
Oil for frying
Maple syrup and applesauce to serve

Preparation method
1. Wash and dry the apples and grate them on the coarse side of a kitchen grater. Place the grated apples in a bowl and add the flour, cottage cheese, agave syrup, salt and cinnamon.
2. Separate the eggs. Place the yolks in a bowl and beat the whites until stiff. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl. Gradually fold in the beaten egg whites.
3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the batter in batches of about two tablespoons on both sides. Arrange the pancakes on a plate, drizzle with maple syrup to taste and serve with apple sauce.
