Data categories and data origin
DMK collects and processes the following data for participation in the promotion: first name, last name, street, house number, postal code, place of residence, and email address.
The data was provided to us by you on the basis of your voluntary participation. By participating, you expressly agree that your data will be stored by DMK for the duration of the promotion and used for the purpose of reimbursement.
Purpose of processing and legal basis
The personal data of participants will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and all other relevant laws.
Data processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of conducting the promotion. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) a GDPR (voluntarily given consent) and Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (acceptance of the conditions of participation).
Participants are free to revoke their consent to the storage of their data at any time by sending an email to milchwelt@dmk.de and thus withdraw from participation.
Recipients
The data will be stored by DMK for the duration of the promotion. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties.
Rights of data subjects
Participants are entitled to the following rights under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, provided that the legal requirements are met: right to information, correction, deletion, objection, restriction of processing, and right to data portability.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
Participants have the option of lodging a complaint with the above-mentioned data protection officer or with a data protection supervisory authority.
Duration of storage
The data will be deleted after the end of the promotion, provided that there are no legal retention obligations.
