Learning, Growing, Taking Off
Three participants share their experiences and motivation for taking part in DMK’s Passion programme in a video.

Developing professionally, gaining a better understanding of oneself in everyday working life, stepping into a leadership role - Passion offers participants the opportunity to realise their desired career paths within the company. Ahmed Zaitoun, Justine Langer and Tim Doenselmann are among them. They rotate through several stations, actively contribute to various projects and gain valuable hands-on experience. The programme duration is flexible, with up to 24 months possible. Participants are supported by a mentor who accompanies their professional and personal development. The programme is complemented by core modules in which values are reflected upon and modern leadership becomes tangible.
