By participating in the ‘Race Across Germany’, 44-year-old Arne Lübke fulfilled a dream. From 11 to 13 July 2025, he took part in an extreme cycling race with over 140 participants, starting in the far north in Flensburg and finishing in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in southern Germany. He faced enormous differences in altitude, difficult weather conditions, technical wear and tear, and lack of sleep. The cycling farmer was supported by his family, who stood by his side along the way with provisions and mental support.
